Anything newer gives me issues opening Radeon Software. Tried with several GPUs I had put my hands on: 5700 XT, 6600 XT, 6700 XT. and the software is not working anymore)Įdit1: I talked to amd support, we tried everything but nothing worked ofc and they said they will be forwarding this issue to the appropriate department then hopefully in the future there is a driver fixĮdit2: Solved the issue!!, there are multiple solutions the one which worked for me is in the comments about deleting the 'Intel HD graphics 4600' when enabling the view hidden items in device manager I reverted to driver version 20.12.1 and the adrenaline software launched no problem but i reinstalled the latest drivers (because of the need of driver optimisation like for halo infinite and etc. Please help me i have no idea how to proceed I know my last option is to roll back driver, but that's not a solution since I need the new drivers to improve my halo infinite experience but now I'm stuck and i can't even upgrade to newer versions cus I can't access the software itself (beside i know I can use radeon-software exe) I used ddu and absolutely deleted everything I did a factory reset of the driver using amd software The only thing that appears in task manager is I just gives me this blue circle of loading next to my mouse cursor and goes away.
Problem started after i updated to the latest driver I cant open amd software or screen record like I used to before.
